Oh wow! How great was that first semi-final! I loved how the judges came down on that giant star! I'm more excited than ever now and am so looking forward to dancing on that stage on Sunday. I'll bet the atmosphere will be the best. Well done to Alleviate and Chris and Wes on making it through to the final.

 I want to say a big thank you to Sean who came to wish me luck in the competition today. He heard I was dancing at Liffey Valley and took the time to come and see me. I didn't recognise him at first because everybody looks so different in regular clothes off the stage. It was a really nice thing to do and I'd like to thank you very much. I'm sorry that you missed out on the semi-final after so nearly making it through. Hopefully you'll try again next year because you and Stacey are brilliant!! :) :)

It's been another good day. My mammy told me that we're going to Dublin to dance tomorrow and we're going to the radio station to be interviewed by Ray D'Arcy. They want me to dance on the radio - how does that work? So if you'd like to listen, I'll be on the Ray D'Arcy show tomorrow with my ma on Today FM (100-102) after the 11 o'clock news.

I'm still really looking forward to watching the next Got to Dance. I'm actually really looking forward to watching Lauren dance, I think she's amazing. She sent me a message to say she likes my dancing too - I was really happy when she said that because she's one of my favourites on the show.

The Got to Dance Reveal Show

Hiya.

So Adam Garcia surprised me at my school and told me that I had got through to the live semi-finals. It has been so hard keeping it a secret and I'm pleased that I'm able to share it now. Here are some photos that my friend's mammy took on that day.

      

      

I think my ma was as excited as I was!!! :D She's so funny!

It was REALLY strange seeing Adam walk into the classroom. I had no idea he was coming but I think my teachers did because they all had their cameras with them! Everybody had their photo taken with him but he didn't seem to mind at all.

They had to film it all a few times. I thought it was done in one go but we must have filmed it 3 times!



He was so nice - he even went outside and did a bit of tap dancing in the playground for my friends after school!

It was a brilliant day. I'm really, really happy to be in the semi-final and looking forward to the 6th February.

I LOVED watching the reveal show of Got to Dance tonight. I've been so excited all day and haven't been able to sit still at all. Thank you to all the judges for putting me through to the finals - I cannot wait for 6th February and my chance to dance in front of a huge audience in the studio and on TV. I cannot believe this is happening to me! I am so so lucky!
The other dancers are amazing and I can't wait to meet some of them soon.

Hiya, sorry I haven't written anything in ages, I've been just soooo busy.
I've just finished a run of dancing in a pantomime in Dublin. That was the most fun ever. Brilliant! I even got to meet a few celebrities!
I've also been filmed for RTE 2's Elev8 programme. My friend recorded it for me. I hope you enjoy it.
Don't forget to watch Got to Dance tomorrow at 6pm - it's the reveal show and I get to find out if I'm through to the semi-finals!

My First Ever Radio Interview :D

I can't believe how exciting Got to Dance is. I've met Kimberley, Adam and Ashley; got 3 gold stars and really nice comments from them; flown on a plane to London for the photo shoot with Sky 1; and I've now just done my first ever radio interview!! I want this to keep on going forever - I'm loving every minute!!
I wasn't sure how to record off the radio, so I filmed it with my Flip - hope you can hear it ok.

A message from my mummy.

Hiya, this is Siobhan's mum here. Thanks for the support and for following Siobhan. Siobhan got really excited watching Got to Dance last night and is still very excited today.We sat and watched it together again this morning. She was very pleased with the judges comments and was made up that Kimberley liked her too. It was amazing to see my little girl on the TV, I am so, so proud of everything she has achieved through her determination. She just loves to dance..ALL the time and has got here through her love of dance!! Reagan and I will support her for as long as she wants us to. I don't mind being the taxi for her lol. We love all our kids and would do anything for them as long as it's what they want too. Siobhan loves dancing, so we'll do our best for her.
I know a lot of people have been a little shocked by my asking Adam for a cuddle, but Siobhan said she wasn't embarrassed and wouldn't change me for the world - she knows that's just me being me. I would never want to embarrass her and would be quieter for her, if that's what she wanted. She knows me for being a fun-loving, different, enthusiastic and honest mum. She said if she's ever on stage again, I can do it again...but I don't think I will!! Lol!

Just 1 Day to Go!

Well, we're now into 2011. Happy New Year everybody! I cannot believe that, at last, the new Got to Dance is about to be shown on TV. I hope everybody is going to tune into Sky 1 tomorrow at 6pm. I'm really hoping they show the Dublin auditions because I don't know how much longer I can wait...! I'm really looking forward to seeing all the different styles of dance. I wonder how many Irish dancers there will be.
